en chantier"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Partenariat avec la Mairie de Raismes, la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration de la Porte du Hainaut et l\u2019ESAD Valenciennes pour effectuer un travail de <strong>recherche et de transmission<\/strong> autour de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019ancienne cit\u00e9 mini\u00e8re de Sabatier, \u00e0 Raismes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une carte de Sabatier, le POULP s\u2019est rendu \u00e0 la Maison de Quartier de Sabatier pour \u00e9changer avec les <strong>s\u00e9niors<\/strong> et situer leurs t\u00e9moignages pour <strong>comprendre le quartier<\/strong>, son histoire et les lieux de sociabilit\u00e9s qui n\u2019y existent plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 partir des t\u00e9moignages,&nbsp;nous avons d\u00e9fini ensemble des espaces ayant un potentiel social \u00e0 destination des habitants, selon leur propre<strong> interpr\u00e9tation <\/strong>de la ville en tant qu\u2019espace
