{"id":1221,"date":"2025-12-28T19:01:41","date_gmt":"2025-12-28T18:01:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/poulp.studio\/?post_type=rara-portfolio&#038;p=1221"},"modified":"2025-12-28T19:01:41","modified_gmt":"2025-12-28T18:01:41","slug":"totem-public","status":"publish","type":"rara-portfolio","link":"https:\/\/poulp.studio\/?rara-portfolio=totem-public","title":{"rendered":"Totem Public"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>2024-2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre du projet de renouveau du site minier d\u2019Arenberg \u2013 La Porte du Hainaut, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9es par les architectes-urbanistes <strong>Vis-\u00e0-Vis<\/strong> et les paysagistes de <strong>Kollectif Landscape<\/strong> pour accompagner les phases de <strong>diagnostic partag\u00e9<\/strong> et de <strong>concertation<\/strong>. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019impliquer les habitants et usagers afin que leurs usages et attentes soient int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le projet d\u2019am\u00e9nagement du site, en lien avec la <strong>Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Agglom\u00e9ration de La Porte du Hainaut<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce faire, nous avons mobilis\u00e9 une diversit\u00e9 d\u2019outils et de m\u00e9thodes. Les <strong>ateliers collectifs<\/strong>, les <strong>balades p\u00e9destres<\/strong> et les <strong>micro-trottoirs<\/strong> permettent de recueillir les perceptions et connaissances du territoire, favorisant un dialogue direct entre les participants et les \u00e9quipes du projet. Les <strong>supports de communication<\/strong> compl\u00e8tent ces d\u00e9marches en facilitant la circulation de l\u2019information et la participation des diff\u00e9rents publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es recueillies sont ensuite synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es sous forme de <strong>cartographies et documents de restitution<\/strong>, mettant en \u00e9vidence les dynamiques locales, les enjeux du site et les propositions des habitants. Ces outils permettent de produire un <strong>diagnostic partag\u00e9<\/strong>, qui sert de base pour orienter les d\u00e9cisions des mandataires et nourrir les choix d\u2019am\u00e9nagement, tout en garantissant que le projet refl\u00e8te les besoins et aspirations de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche collaborative place ainsi les habitants au c\u0153ur de la transformation du site minier d\u2019Arenberg, assurant un projet <strong>participatif, inclusif et ancr\u00e9 dans le territoire<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
